Find your track.
Where the work begins. Most men arrive with one concern. The work rarely stays there. These four tracks describe where we may begin — not the limits of your care. Every member is known by one physician, across the whole picture and over time.
Cardiometabolic Optimisation
Weight, energy, strength or hormones have shifted, and the usual explanations no longer feel sufficient. This track brings metabolism, cardiovascular risk and hormonal health into one connected clinical picture.
Intimate Health & Vitality
Desire, fertility or sexual confidence have changed, sometimes before anything obvious appears on routine testing. This track addresses sexual and hormonal health with clinical depth, discretion and context.
Mind, Mood & Cognitive
Anxiety, mood, attention, addiction or neurodivergence rarely exist in isolation. This track considers how they intersect with sleep, work, relationships, physical health and cognitive performance over time.
The Longevity Game
You may be starting from scratch, or already have extensive health data from elsewhere. This track helps identify what matters, interpret what you know, and build a longer-term plan around ageing, prevention and future risk.

What every member receives.
The structural floor across all four tracks. Custom clinical inclusions sit on top of this foundation.
What’s included
per track.
Care that may form part of your plan. The list below are examples of investigations and treatment are selected, according to clinical need, personal priorities and informed discussion with Dr Wee. Public or privately funded options are offered based context.
I believe physicians owe their members candor — including when the honest assessment is that another scan won't help, that more biomarkers are noisy, or that the question underneath isn't medical at all. It's existential.

The Men's Health Strategy Session is where we find out together. Ninety minutes. Your full history read before you arrive. A plan that addresses what is actually happening — not what the last result suggested.
